I used to make cds all the time using windows media player with my laptop but I recently got a home computer and there is not a copy music to a cd button anymore. Now it is just sync, burn & rip and when I go to burn them it says burner not found. Can somebody please tell me how to get the copy music button back or what version the copy music is on in Windows Media Player. Thanks a bunch!

Media player, what does that mean. It means, it plays media
Burning programs, what does that mean. I burns CD’s
So leave Window Media PLayer to play media and install this free program to burn your CD’s
Ashampoo Burning Studio Free
Perhaps not necessary to tell you, but I do it any way.
Burn music as Audio CD and not as Data CD. Date CD’s you can only play on your own computer. Audio you can play on other computers and CD players.

Hi misskacymarie,
Have you checked your CD drive to make sure it is a drive equipped to write CDs? That might be your biggest problem. That’s what I would think would be your problem if you’re not able to burn CDs.
If you add your specs for your drive, I might be able to help a bit more.
Cheers,
Ron
